The keyring loop at the end of the velcro panel needs to be made of a thicker, more durable material. One (of the two) I ordered tore in less than two weeks with just my car keys attached to it. The quality of the velcro panel is great, but the loop is way too thin to last as a zipper pull or on keys that are used frequently.
Hey Mike, unfortunately (but somewhat fortunately) you're not the only one having this issue. We've upgraded the keychains with a new, more rigid material, and replaced the soft rubbery material on all of these going forward. If you check your email, we've just put in a replacement order to send you a new one at no cost.
