Returns and Exchanges FAQ

We are humans, and we like to keep the process simple. If you have a problem, let us know and we will do our best to help.

We offer a 30-day return policy on all retail (pre-made) patches, as long as they are returned in their original packaging. Please note, we cannot refund shipping costs.

If your patch has a blemish or was damaged during shipping, contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will replace it at no cost to you, including shipping fees.

Custom patches are non-refundable. However, if there is an error on our part, we will make it right. Contact us with photos of the issue, and we will expedite a no-cost replacement.

Orders placed with a tracked shipping option will be replaced at no cost if they are lost.

We are human, and we aim to treat every situation with understanding. While we have clear policies, we evaluate all return requests on a case-by-case basis. If you have concerns, do not hesitate to reach out.
