Returns and Exchanges
We strive to offer compassionate and understanding policies. After all, we're shoppers too, and we like to think that we offer a return and exchange policy that allows for simple resolution of your issues if the need arises.
We provide a 30-day return policy on all retail (pre-made) patch options as long as they are in their original packaging, however, due to the nature of shipping, we are not able to offer refunds on shipping costs.
If you have discovered a blemish or shipping damage to your patch, please contact us immediately upon receipt with images for a no-cost exchange (this includes the cost of shipping too).
Custom items are not refundable, however, if we've screwed something up (which we do sometimes, we're human), please contact us immediately with images so that we can expedite a no cost replacement for you.
Lost orders that were placed using the untracked lettermail shipping option will be replaced at the cost of tracked shipping to you. In Canada: $12.00US, United States: $5US, Rest of the world: $10US. Product will be replaced at no cost.
Lost orders that were placed using any tracked option will be replaced at no cost to you.
