Why printed patches work for detailed artwork
Laser-cut patches build designs from layered material — great for bold shapes and text. But printed patches reproduce your exact image with full colour, fine gradients, and small details intact. That makes them the right choice for AI-generated art from tools like Midjourney, DALL-E, or Stable Diffusion, where the output is rich, detailed, and hard to simplify without losing what makes it good.

How it works
Pick your size, choose your material, upload your image. You'll see a preview before you order. We print it in-house on our UV printers and ship it out. That's it.
Good to know
This is a printed patch — your image is printed as a single, flat graphic onto the material surface. It is not laser-cut or built from layered materials like our Name Tapes, ID Panels, or Flag patches. Materials FAQ
We use a variety of materials and techniques to help you accomplish your visibility requirements.
HiVis Flags use our prismatic reflective materials to provide you with a full colour flag. With very minimal light, colours appear clearly, and vibrantly at long distances, much like the reflectors on emergency vehicles, and road signs. This material will also reflect infrared light spectrums, commonly used in aerial imaging systems. This is the best choice to keep you safe where visibility is of the upmost importance.
Our flat materials do not reflect any light of any form, and offer a great look where uniform standards require specific colours to be used, or you just don’t want to add any additional visibility.
Our prismatic reflective materials meet stringent standards required by both land and marine transportation industries. Our extremely potent glow in the dark material can glow for up to 10 hours on a 10 minute charge in sunlight. This material appears white when not glowing, or in daylight, and appears green when glowing in the dark. This material can be used as your base material, or as a fine line around the text on some patch models.
