Reciprocal Service Policy
At PatchPanel, we have a simple reciprocal service policy: we will treat you the way you treat us.
Why, because there's no reason to be mean to people. Mistakes and screw ups can happen (we are humans after all), and we're happy to make good on something we've screwed up (if you're really nice, we'll even help you if you've screwed up too).
If you are rude, aggressive, or think it's fun to insult people to get your way, then we will be the same way with you. We won't go out of our way to help you, and will offer the bare minimum of our service obligations under consumer protection laws. Your tone will dictate our tone.
On the other hand, if you're a cool person and easy to work with, then we will stop at nothing to accommodate you and make sure you're 100% happy with your order.
I guess what we're trying to say here is, be an awesome person, and we'll be awesome back.
