Shipping and Delivery Information
We've upped our game to make shipping faster, and more reliable for you.
During checkout you'll be offered extremely discounted shipping rates from FedEx and Canada Post that get cheaper every time you add another patch to your order.
Unless we specifically state otherwise (Canadian Lettermail Orders), Tracking is included with every order, and will be emailed to you upon shipment.
FOR TRACKED SHIPPING OPTIONS
If you've received a Canada Post tracking number and live outside of Canada, your tracking number will also be visible on your postal service website after it enters your country. EX: In the US, you can also check USPS.com for more up to date information on your delivery.
FOR UNTRACKED SHIPPING OPTIONS
If you chose the basic FREE shipping option, no tracking number is available with Canada Post's Lettermail service. It isn’t that we have tracking, and don’t provide it to you. The service simply does not offer tracking. The usual delivery timeline is 10-14 business days (about 21 calendar days).
With COVID-19 now having it's grips on postal systems worldwide, we are beginning to experience delays on most services. With Canada Post/USPS Services, delays are averaging 5-10 business days. With FedEx services, delays are averaging 1-2 business days. We're updating this email daily with the most up to date times we're being provided with.
COVID-19 AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Canada Post, along with most other shipping carriers are currently experiencing delays, or restrictions on incoming mail. An up to date list of which countries can be shipped to is available here: https://www.canadapost.ca/cpc/en/our-company/news-and-media/service-alerts.page
If your mail is returned, or denied due to postal suspensions, your order will be re-shipped at no charge once the postal service suspension in your country is lifted.
