We’ve made the difficult decision to discontinue the sale of individual uniform patches, here's why. Over the last year, we’ve found deep inconsistencies in the current supply chain, ranging from Uniform Supply to CANEX and other retailers, where details such as artwork accuracy and sizing vary from batch to batch. These variations make it nearly impossible to maintain a consistent national standard. Our mission has never been to produce the most patches, or to make the most money, but to produce the best, built on rigorous quality control, precise graphical standards, and dependable repeatability. How our soldiers appear in their uniforms is a deep point of pride that we pour into every single stitch. This change does not effect our first responder pricing to Canadian Forces members in any way.
