The process for making PVC patches takes between 30-60 days but can depend on the speed of your responses towards sampling and any adjustments made.
We'll get your artwork started within the first week with graphic samples for approval. This will be the basis for the mold we'll use to make your patches. You'll want to examine that one carefully, as once we've made a sample from the mold, the only changes we can make are the colors.
We'll send you a live sample to approve within about a week. This will be a picture of the actual patch. If we need to make color changes from there, we still can.
Once you've approved that, we'll get the bulk of production done and the patches on their way to you.
ARTWORK NOTES - Not all fine details can be achieved in a PVC patch. We recommend keeping details to a size of about .75mm minimum. Our production is based on Pantone Coated colors. Providing Pantone color codes will give you the most exact color results. We will do our best to match colors for you, which you will be able to approve before sampling or production. Colour fades and transitions like gradients are not possible with PVC patches.
